The folks over at QuickOffice were hanging around CTIA this week and were extremely pleased to reveal a new update to the popular and widely used office application for Android. The new QuickOffice 5.0 will offer new features to compliment both smartphones and tablets. We can expect a ton of UI tweaks and the new ability to share your work with friends and colleagues on Twitter , Facebook and even LinkedIn . In addition, they have added some other welcomed add-ons such as popular note taking apps like Catch and Evernote . The fine folks at QuickOffice say the software update can be expected around mid-November at its original launch price. As a major fan and user of QuickOffice myself, I highly look forward to using the productivity application on both my tablet and smartphone.
